Abstract
A synthesis – mostly through maps – of the organizations working to achieve a healthy landscape in the geographic area between the Adirondacks and the southern Green Mountains, as well as of the activities undertaken by these groups. The document includes a short appendix of gaps and opportunities; it is the product of a meeting held by WCS and the Staying Connected Initiative in January, 2011 with conservation partners.
